Returns & Exchanges

At Steve Madden Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.
